These Terms of Service govern your use of Paz, a household management application operated by مؤسسة هيا الخالدي للتسويق الالكتروني (Haya Alkhalidi E-Commerce Est.), registered in Amman, Jordan.

By using Paz, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Paz is a household management app that allows families to coordinate tasks, grocery lists, maintenance schedules, events, and staff communication. The app is currently in beta.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Paz. Users under 18 may use the app with parental consent.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

Household Staff

Paz enables communication with household staff through WhatsApp and a web portal. You are responsible for obtaining consent from staff members before adding them to your household on Paz. Paz is not the employer of your household staff and is not responsible for the actions, performance, or conduct of any staff member.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Paz for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to transmit harmful or malicious content, or to attempt to access other users' data.

Intellectual Property

Paz, including its design, features, and content, is owned by مؤسسة هيا الخالدي للتسويق الالكتروني. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

Beta Service

Paz is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is and may contain bugs or incomplete features. We are actively improving the app based on user feedback.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, مؤسسة هيا الخالدي للتسويق الالكتروني shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Paz. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@getpaz.io.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Paz after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
